We have developed a leading-edge way of using creAte to work with boards and teams, which both resolves outstanding issues and releases the creative potential between team members. It gives them an experience of going beyond current ways of thinking and working and developing the necessary environment and processes for creative breakthrough.

Typically, as well as an initial diagnostic phase, we will include a bespoke off-site workshop for resolving team challenges with follow-up sessions to embed and fast-track creative ways forward.
