Leaders and teams are encouraged to work with their most pressing real-time issues and ideas, including what we call their central 'breakthrough question'. Using our unique creAte coaching method to guide the process, leaders can sharpen their focus and then step back and see themselves, their work and their issues in their wider context - as well as from a number of different perspectives. creAte, with its unique form of systemic mapping, reveals where difficulties are and what lies behind them.
