Supervision (for internal and external coaches)

There is an increasing demand for coaching supervision from many organisations who want to gain the maximum value from coaching. The creAte process - with its unique method of systemic mapping - provides an excellent basis for supervision (literally 'view from above') in that it enables people to see and sense, quickly and accurately, the whole systemic picture. Furthermore, many of the issues and opportunities that coaches are working with in organisations can be resolved effectively by using this form of systemic lens

Building on existing knowledge, the aim is to deepen the coach's practice and understanding so that can they better support their clients to embed resolutions and innovative solutions in their organisations.
